Happy Omiyage designed a new retail shop in its lobby to maximize the revenue potential of the property where guests gather. Celebrating its 60th anniversary, the property has been beloved for decades. This retail shop provided a way to honor its rich history, while giving guests the long-awaited and desired ability to take a piece of the brand home with them — all while raising the property’s annual retail revenue sixfold.
